  2. Per my agreement, I have a utility bill that I need to submit to Verizon Wireless. Where do I send the bill?

    If your lease agreement includes reimbursement for a utility bill, the landlord should provide:

  4. Will my lease be renewed for another term when it's up for renewal?

    It depends, please read the renewal language in your lease.

    • If your lease automatically renews, you will only receive a written notice from us in the event we do not wish to renew the lease.
    • If the lease requires us to affirmatively provide a written notice of our intent to renew, we will do so in accordance with the terms of your lease.

  5. I haven't received my IRS 1099 form, or I have misplaced it. How do I get another one?

    If your address has NOT changed and you've simply misplaced your 1099 and need another copy, please contact the Verizon Wireless accounts payable department at (866) 824-1444.

  6. I misplaced my contract, how can I get another copy?

    We can provide a copy of the contract to any persons or entities who are the actual current parties to the lease. We cannot release a copy to anyone who is not a party to the agreement. Please send a written request with the following:

    • Name of the landlord(s)

Notify Verizon Wireless of a Lease Agreement Change

  1. My mailing address has changed or will be changing. How do I notify Verizon Wireless of this?

Direct Deposit

  1. How do I sign up for Direct Deposit?

  2. How do I change the email address for my Direct Deposit statements?

Management Company

  1. I have a management company handling my property and I would like the management company to receive rent payments. How do I advise Verizon Wireless of this?

    Management companies are able to receive rent payments if they are noted on the lease/agreement. If the management company is not noted on the lease, then Verizon Wireless requires a copy of the Management Agreement or a letter from the Landlord, which notes the management company is authorized to sign on behalf.

  2. I'm the landlord and own the property, but have decided to change to a new management company, or have decided to start using a management company. How do I advise Verizon Wireless of this?

    Management Companies may act on behalf of a Verizon Wireless cell tower/site landlord(s), if they are noted on the lease/agreement. If the management company is not noted on the lease/agreement, then we require a copy of the Management Agreement or a letter from the landlord, which notes the management company is authorized to sign on behalf.

Rent Payments

  1. I still own the property, but I would like the rent payments issued to a third party, what information do I need to submit?

  2. My rent payment is overdue or incorrect. Why has this happened, and who can help me?

    Monthly rent payments are issued 1 month in advance (if the check is dated in January, the payment is for February's rent). Annual rent payments are issued the month prior to the year in which your rent is due (ex. If you receive a rent payment dated for December, the payment is for the annual rent for the upcoming year).

    If your payment is scheduled to increase at specified intervals, those increases will occur automatically in our system, and you should see the increase in your payment at the appropriate time. It's not necessary to send us a letter or invoice regarding a rent increase unless your contract specifically requires you to do so.

    Verizon Wireless Accounts Payable processes payments between the 25th and 31st of each month for the following month's payments. If you haven't received your rent payment for a given month by the 7th or your rent payment is incorrect, please call our toll-free landlord assistance hotline at (866) 862-4404.

Cell site requests

  1. I have some property that I believe would be a great location for a cell site. How do I submit a request?
