Management Companies may act on behalf of a Verizon Wireless cell tower/site landlord(s), if they are noted on the lease/agreement. If the management company is not noted on the lease/agreement, then we require a copy of the Management Agreement or a letter from the landlord, which notes the management company is authorized to sign on behalf.
You can update property ownership information on our Formularios de administración de arrendamiento página.
- Scroll down to the "Payment direction" section.
- Click on the Payment Direction Form.
- Send the completed form to the address at the bottom of the page.
Note: If the property ownership name change also affects the Direct Deposit address, or you'd like to add Direct Deposit, you can do that with the Electronic Funds (EFT) Form in the "Payment direction" section of our Formularios de administración de arrendamiento página.
If you also need to change your IRS W-9 form, we have that form and instructions in the "Payment direction" section of our Formularios de administración de arrendamiento página.
- If the management company is specified as the payee name on the Payment Direction Form, the management company will receive the 1099.
- If the Landlord is specified as the payee name on the Payment Direction Form, you may still opt to have the payment address and/or the notice address sent care of "c/o" the management company. In this case, the Landlord will receive the 1099.
