  1. What's new on the My Devices page in My Verizon?

    The new My Devices page in My Verizon has been reorganized to make it easier for you to find important info about your devices. You can also quickly access the tools you need to manage the devices on your account.

    1. Device details: At the top of the page, you can find your unique device info, including device ID, SIM card number, upgrade eligibility date, etc. There are also quick links to upgrade your device and suspend or reconnect service.

    2. Manage My Device: Access the most popular device management tools in My Verizon including Change Your Number and Reset Voicemail Password. If you're also subscribed to any products and apps, you can manage them here. Click or tap the Manage My Device section to open and close it.

    3. Support My Device: Find info on how to use your device and troubleshoot issues. Click or tap the Support My Device section to open and close it.

    4. Accessories: View the latest accessories available for your device.
