Check from Your Phone via the Visual Voicemail App

Precaución Visual Voicemail may not be accessible if using Power Saving Mode.

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon (lower-right).
  2. From the Apps tab, tap Voicemail Visual Voice Mail icon.
    Linote If necessary, tap Verizon then tap Voicemail.
  3. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap Menu (lower-right).
  4. Toca Refresh.

Check from Your Phone (If No Data or Wi-Fi Connection is Available)

  1. From a home screen, select Phone Ícono de teléfono en la pantalla de inicio (lower-left).
    Nota If unavailable, navigate: Apps > Phone.
  2. From the Keypad tab, select and hold 1 (One).
    Nota If presented with Choose Voicemail screen, select Voicemail.
    Nota Alternatively, enter *86 then select Send Phone icon (en la parte inferior).
  3. If prompted, enter the Voicemail password then press the # key.

Check from a Different Phone or when Outside the Verizon Wireless Coverage Area

  1. Llama a tu número de móvil de 10 dígitos.
    Nota If dialing from an international location, refer to Hacer una llamada internacional para obtener asistencia adicional.
  2. As soon as the Voicemail greeting starts, press the # key then enter the Voicemail password.
    Nota Si se te indica, vuelve a ingresar el número de móvil.
