Set Up Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) - HTC One®

  1. Desde una de las pantallas de inicio, ve a: Apps Ícono de la aplicación > Settings.
    Nota If unavailable, tap the Apps dropdown menu Icono de menú desplegable Apps (upper-left) then tap Alphabetical. If still unavailable, refer to Administrar íconos de aplicaciones.
  2. Tap Accounts & sync.
  3. Tap the Add icon + (upper-right).
  4. Tap Exchange Activesync.
  5. Enter your corporate email address and password then tap Next (lower-right).
    Nota If setup is unsuccessful, tap Edit details then tap Manual Setup.  
  6. If needed, engage your Exchange / IT admin for additional support on:
    • Email address
    • Server address
    • Domain
    • Port number
    • Username
    • Password
    • Activate device administration
      • To apply corporate security policy (e.g., Set up password, Device encryption).
        Nota Device encryption can exceed 60 minutes
    • Sync options (e.g., Email, Contacts, Calendar)
