Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Enact™ by LG

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps (in the lower-right).
  2. En la pestaña Apps, oprime Settings.
  3. From the ACCOUNTS section, tap Microsoft Exchange.
  4. Oprime la cuenta correspondiente.
    Nota Las cuentas que figuran en la lista pueden variar.
  5. Tap Menu Tecla Menu (in the lower-right).
  6. Tap Remove account.
  7. Oprime OK.
