Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - Google Nexus™ 7

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Ícono de la aplicación > Settings Ícono Settings > Accounts Ícono Accounts.
  2. From the the Accounts tab, tap Exchange.
    Nota Pueden aparecer múltiples cuentas.
  3. Tap the appropriate corporate email address.
  4. Tap Menu Tecla Menu (located in the upper-right) then tap Remove account.
  5. Tap Remove account to confirm.
