Turn Mobile / Wi-Fi Hotspot On / Off - Samsung Galaxy Stellar™
This shows how to turn Mobile Hotspot on or off. If you're having trouble setting up or connecting to Wi-Fi, make sure Mobile Hotspot is off.
When Mobile Hotspot is turned on, other Wi-Fi services are turned off.

From the home screen, select Apps.

Select Mobile Hotspot.

Select Mobile Hotspot by sliding bar from OFF to ON.

If presented, select OK to turn Wi-Fi off.
