Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync) - Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap Apps (located in the upper-right).
  2. Oprime Configuración.
  3. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync®.
  4. Oprime la cuenta correspondiente.
  5. Tap Remove account Ícono de cancelar cuenta (ubicado en la parte superior derecha).
  6. Oprime Remove account.
