Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - Samsung Galaxy Stellar™

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Oprime Configuración.
  3. Tap Accounts & sync.
  4. From the Manage accounts section, select the Corporate Sync account (Exchange Activesync).
    Nota Las cuentas que figuran en la lista pueden variar.
  5. Oprime Remove account.
  6. Tap Remove account to confirm.
