Managing SNPP Connections - Enterprise Messaging (EMAG)

  1. Entra a Mensajería empresarial.
  2. From the left navigation menu hover over 'APIs' then click Connections.
    Nota To view the navigation menu, click the red tab dotted tab.

  3. Click the SNPP tab.

Crear una conexión

  1. Click Add new.
    Click add new
  2. Enter the appropriate info (e.g., Fixed code, Userid, Password, etc.) then click Add.
    Nota Authentication for SNPP connections in EMAG is done based on the incoming IP, userid and password

Modificar una conexión

  1. From the SNPP connections screen, click the desired SNPP connection Userid (located on the left side).
    Click UserID
  2. Modify the settings (e.g., Fixed code, Userid, Password, Return URL, etc) as desired then click Update.

Borrar una conexión

From the SNPP connections screen, locate the connection then click Remove icon Borrar (far-right).
Nota If presented, click Remove.

SNPP Telnet Settings

Nota Telnet is a text-based program to connect to another computer using the Internet. Telnet allows a user to access programs and services remotely.

  1. Connect to EMAG via telnet using “snpp.emag.vzw.com 444”.
  2. Use one of the following syntax to log in to EMAG via Telnet:
    • Login [username] [password] OR LOGIN [username] [password]
