Windows® Device Manager Conflicts - LG Cosmos™ 2 / LG Cosmos™ 3

If you can't transfer pictures, music or videos between your device and PC, view this info on resolving conflicts.

Inicia el Device Manager.

  • Windows 10
    • Right-Click Start > Device Manager.
  • Windows 8
    • Right-Click Start Screen > All Apps > Control Panel > System and Security > Device Manager.
  • Windows 7
    • Click Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Device Manager.

Nota If a conflict is present, a red X, yellow ! or yellow ? is displayed to the left of a listed device or may be indicated by a device entry labeled Other Devices or Unknown. Es posible que los controladores estén actualizados o reinstalados.
Problema

Si hay un problema:

    Nota Si los controladores del dispositivo están instalados y el problema persiste, continúa con el paso 2.
  2. Right-click the device then click Update Driver Software.

  3. Click Browse my computer for driver software.
  4. Enter C:\Program Files\LG Electronics\LG USB Modem Driver into the search window then click Next.
    Nota The driver location can be entered manually or navigated to by clicking Browse.
  5. Haz clic en Cerrar.
