Verifying Connected Networks - Windows®

This shows you how to check the connection between your Windows computer/PC and internet-capable device.

Nota If your Windows operating system is unknown, refer to Determining Software Version - Windows.

  1. Iniciar conexiones de red.
    • Windows 10
      • Right-click the Start icon Ícono Start (lower-left corner) then click Network Connections.
    • Windows 8
      • Right-click the Start icon Ícono Start (lower-left corner) then click Network Connections.
    • Windows 7
      • Click Start Ícono Start (lower-left corner) > Control Panel > (Network and Internet) > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings (located in the left navigation pane).
  2. Si existen varios adaptadores de red instalados, localiza el adaptador predeterminado.
    Nota El adaptador predeterminado tiene una marca de verificación y está etiquetado como Default.
  3. If the correct network adapter is listed as disabled, tap and hold or right-click it, then tap or click Enable.
  4. If the wrong network adapter is listed as the default, tap and hold or right-click the correct adapter, then tap or click Set as Default Connection.
