Activate a Family Member - Family Locator

Here's information on how to activate a Family Member via the Family Locator website.

  1. Navigate: My Verizon > My Plan & Services > Protecciones y controles familiares.
    Importante La sección Mi plan y servicios está ubicada en la parte superior de la página.
  2. Click View Details & Edit (located on the right in the Family Locator section).
  3. Click Locate Your Family.
    Haz clic en Localiza a tu familia
  4. Click Close if prompted with "The Family Locator App is Not Installed."
  5. Click Activate next to the appropriate Family Member's device.
    Haz clic en Activate
  6. Click Activate Now.
  7. To continue, ensure all the steps have been verified and selected then click Activate.
    Importante Steps have been selected when a checkmark is present in the box to the left of the step.
    Haz clic en Activate
  8. When presented, click OK.
