Samsung Galaxy Watch - Reset Network Settings

If you can't connect to the network, or are having trouble receiving calls or messages resetting the network settings may help.

Reset Network Settings from the Galaxy Watch

  1. From the watch screen, press the Home button to open the apps screen.

  2. Navigate: Settings Ícono Settings > Connections Mobile networks.
  3. Tap Reset Mobile networks.
  4. To continue, review the info then tap the Radio button to agree.
    Nota Si aparece, ingresa el PIN, la contraseña o el patrón actuales.
  5. To confirm, tap RESET.

Reset the Network Settings from the Galaxy Wearable app

  1. Ensure the Galaxy Watch is paired to a compatible smartphone via bluetooth.
  2. Open the Galaxy Wearable app.
  3. Tap Settings (upper-right).
  4. Oprime Mobile networks
  5. Tap the Menu icon Ícono de menú (esquina superior derecha).
  6. Tap Reset mobile networks.
  7. To continue, review the info then tap the Radio button to agree.
    Nota Si aparece, ingresa el PIN, la contraseña o el patrón actuales.
