Palm - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, touch and swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Settings app icon > Users & accounts Users and accounts icon.
  3. Tap the appropriate Exchange account.
  4. Oprime el ícono MenuAction overflow icon (esquina superior derecha).
  5. Oprime Remove account.
  6. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
