RED HYDROGEN ONE - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate: Settings Ícono Settings > Users & accounts.
  3. En la sección "Accounts", oprime la cuenta que corresponda.
  4. Oprime el ícono Menu Menú (esquina superior derecha).
  5. Oprime Remove account.
  6. To confirm, tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
