Samsung Galaxy Watch - Set Up Cellular Service

Nota Notas:

  • Currently, the Galaxy Watch doesn't work with any Apple® iPhone®.
  • Verizon Smart Familymust be removed from the account via My Verizon in order to activate NumberShare.
  • To set up cellular service on your Galaxy Watch, ensure you're in a Verizon coverage area.

  1. During the pairing and setup process, from the 'Mobile service for your watch' screen, tap Next in the Galaxy Wearable app on your smartphone.

  2. Enter your username or 10-digit mobile number then tap Sign Me In.
    Nota If you haven't registered your mobile number for use on the My Verizon app, tap I Need to Register then follow the prompts.
    Nota To activate service, you must sign in as an Account Owner or Manager. For more on account roles, view this info.

  3. Enter your password then tap Continue.
    Nota Once you sign in, the system performs checks to see if you're on a compatible price plan.

  4. Tap Yes, add device.
    Nota If you're upgrading or replacing your existing watch, follow the instructions (beginning with step 4) in the Samsung Galaxy Watch - Replace Existing Device article.

  5. From the 'Device added' screen, tap OK to complete activation and open the Watch app.

  6. From the 'Mobile service for your watch' screen, tap Connect.
  7. Oprime Done.
