LG V40 ThinQ™ - Manage RTT Settings

Nota Notas:

  • Real-time text (RTT) is text transmitted instantly as it is typed or created. Recipients can immediately read the message while it is being written, without waiting.
  • When RTT is enabled on both devices, no audio is heard on the call.
  • If you aren't hearing audio on a call, make sure RTT is turned off.
  • No additional device needed.

Enable RTT

  1. En la pantalla de inicio, oprime Phone Phone icon (lower-left).
    Nota If unavailable, scroll to display all apps then tap Phone.
  2. Navigate: Menu Menú (upper-right) > Call settings > Additional settings.
  3. Tap Real Time Text (RTT) keyboard to turn on Interruptor en On.
    Nota You will not be able to make video calls or merge calls while RTT is on.
  4. Tap the Back arrow icon back arrow (upper-left) several times to return to the calling screen.

Make a Call with RTT

  1. From a Home screen, tap Phone Phone icon.
    Nota If unavailable, scroll to display all apps.
    Nota When enabled, the RTT phone icon appears in the lower-left of the 'Dial' screen.

  2. Once call connects and the RTT keyboard displays, start typing your message.

Switch a Call to RTT

If RTT is turned off, while on a call, tap menu icon ícono menu > Show RTT Keyboard.

While on a call, tap the End icon (at the top) to end the call.
