Samsung Galaxy Tab A (10.5) - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding a work (corporate) email account often fixes email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate: Settings Ícono Settings > Accounts > Accounts.
  3. Select the appropriate corporate email address.
    Nota Pueden aparecer múltiples cuentas.
  4. Oprime Remove account.
  5. Tap Remove account to confirm.
