Manage Primary Driver Contact - Hum+ by Verizon

Hum+ users are prompted to enter a Primary Driver Contact, one for each device, during the activation process. A Primary Driver Contact must be provided in order to be eligible for emergency services if a crash is detected.

Add Primary Driver Contact from My Account

  1. From the Hum Dashboard, tap Menu (located in the upper-left) then tap My Account.
  2. Under the Vehicles section, when a PDC is missing, tap the Add Primary Driver Contact alert under the vehicle year, make and model.

  3. Update the name and phone number fields then tap Save.

  4. In the pop-up, confirm the phone number is correct then tap Yes.

Edit Primary Driver Contact from My Account

  1. From the Hum Dashboard, tap Menu (located in the upper-left) then tap My Account.
  2. Tap Vehicles.

  3. Tap Primary Driver Contact for the appropriate vehicle.

  4. Update the name and phone number fields then tap Save.
