Actualizar un dispositivo - My Verizon app (servicio prepagado)

Nota Notas:

  • Asegúrate de que tu aplicación esté actualizada ya que los siguientes pasos se aplican a la versión más actual.
  • The My Verizon app is only available for Android® devices running 4.0 or higher and Apple® iOS devices running 10.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit verizonwireless.com to ingresa and manage your account.
  • Las configuraciones disponibles varían según el tipo de usuario (e.g., Account Owner, Member).

 

  1. Desde la pantalla de inicio, toca My Verizon app o desplázate hasta: Aplicaciones > Mi Verizon.
  2. Tap the Menu icon Ícono de menú (upper-left) then tap Shop
  3. Depending on the device you'd like to upgrade, scroll to one of the following options then tap Shop:
    • Smartphones
    • Tablets
    • Internet devices
  4. Tap View to see the device feature details, reviews and specs.
  5. To continue ordering, tap Select.
  6. From the 'Add a line or upgrade' screen tap Upgrade.
    Nota If Upgrade is not available, ensure selected device is compatible with your plan.
  7. From the 'Get Started' screen, tap Let's go.
  8. If presented, select the desired device color then tap Next.
    Nota Some devices have only one color option.
  9. If presented, select the desired memory size then tap Next.
    Nota Some devices have only one size option.
  10. Add any additional items (e.g., accessories, etc.) then tap Next.
  11. Review the item(s) in your cart then tap Checkout.
  12. From the Complete your order screen, ensure all order details are correct (e.g., shipping address, payment method, etc.).
    Nota If needed, tap the field then follow instructions to modify order info.
  13. To continue, tap the Terms and Conditions checkbox then tap Place order.
    Nota 'Place order' is greyed out until a valid payment method is added.
  14. From the purchase confirmation, tap Confirm.
    Nota If needed, tap Cancel to return to the previous screen.
  15. Oprime Done.
