Samsung Galaxy Watch - Factory Data Reset (Powered On)

A factory data reset may help with a blank or frozen screen, apps crashing or freezing, touchscreen problems, can't hear, device making noises, can't make or receive calls, and device won't sync.

Precaución Performing a factory data reset removes all data from the device. Only perform a reset if absolutely necessary.

Nota Notas:

  • Currently, the Galaxy Watch doesn't work with any model of the Google Pixel or any Apple® iPhone®.

  1. From the watch screen, press the Home button to open the apps screen.

  3. Oprime General.
  4. Oprime Reset.
  5. Tap Next to confirm.
