Samsung Galaxy Note9 - Enable / Disable App

Some apps that come pre-installed (e.g., calculator, Google Play™ Store, Verizon Cloud, Call Filter, etc.) on your Android™ device can't be uninstalled; however, they can be disabled (turned off) so they don't appear in the list of apps on your device.

Nota The option to enable o desactivar an app may only be available for apps that can't be uninstalled.

Habilitar aplicación

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    Nota These instructions only apply to modo estándar and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate: Settings Ícono Settings > Apps.
  3. Ensure 'All' is selected (upper-left).
    Nota If necessary, tap the Dropdown icon Dropdown icon (upper-left) then select All.
  4. Locate then tap the app name.
    Nota Si las aplicaciones del sistema no están visibles, toca el ícono Menu Ícono de menú (upper-right) > Show system apps.
  5. Tap Enable.
