  • The My Verizon app is only available for Android™ devices running 4.0 or higher and Apple iOS devices running 10.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit to ingresa and manage your account.
    Nota Android users must download Apple Music from the Tienda Google Play™.
  • An Apple ID is needed to use Apple Music.

  1. From the Home screen tap the My Verizon app.
    Nota You can also navigate: Apps > My Verizon.
  2. Tap the Menu icon (upper-left) then tap Account.
    Nota When prompted enter password or Touch ID to sign in.

  3. Toca Add-Ons.

  4. Tap the Entertainment tab to view the offer, then tap View to see offer details. 
    Nota If previously added, tap the Your Add-ons tab, tap Manage then tap Enroll for the preferred line.

  5. To continue, accept the Terms & Conditions by selecting the check box, then tap Get Apple Music.

  6. To continue, tap Confirm.

  7. Tap Got it.
    Nota A confirmation text is sent to the applicable mobile number with additional instructions to complete enrollment.
