Set Up Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) - Samsung Galaxy J3 V / Galaxy J3 (3rd Gen.)

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    Nota These instructions only apply to modo estándar and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate: Settings Ícono Settings > Accounts > Accounts.
  3. Tap Add account.
  4. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
  5. Enter your corporate email address and password then tap SIGN IN (lower-right).
    Nota If set up is unsuccessful, tap Manual setup then set up de forma manual (comienza con el paso 5).
  6. If needed, engage your Exchange/IT admin for additional support on:
    • Email address
    • Server address
    • Domain
    • Port number
    • Username
    • Password
    • Activate device administration
      • To apply corporate security policy (e.g., Set up password, Device encryption).
