Samsung Galaxy J3 V / Galaxy J3 (3rd Gen.) - Set Up Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®)

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    Nota These instructions only apply to modo estándar and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate: Settings Ícono Settings > Accounts and backup Accounts.
  3. Tap Add account.
  4. Tap Exchange.
  5. Enter your corporate email address and password then tap NEXT (lower-right).
    Nota If setup is unsuccessful, tap MANUAL SETUP.
  6. If needed, engage your Exchange / IT admin for additional support on:
    • Email address
    • Server address
    • Domain
    • Port number
    • Username
    • Password
    • Activate device administration
      Nota Allows application of corporate security policy (e.g., Set up password, Device encryption) which can exceed 60 minutes.
    • Sync options (e.g., Email, Contacts, Calendar)
