Samsung Galaxy J3 V / Galaxy J3 (3rd Gen.) - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    Nota These instructions only apply to modo estándar and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate: Settings Ícono Settings > Accounts and backup > Accounts.
  3. Select the appropriate corporate email address.
    Nota Pueden aparecer múltiples cuentas.
  4. Tap Remove account.
  5. To confirm, tap Remove account.
