Samsung Galaxy J7 V / J7 (2nd Gen.) - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up then tap Email Ícono de Email.
  2. Oprime el ícono Menu Ícono de menú (en la parte superior izquierda).
  3. Tap the Settings icon Ícono Settings.
  4. Oprime la dirección de correo electrónico que corresponda.
    Nota Pueden aparecer múltiples cuentas.
  5. Tap Remove (upper-right).
  6. Para confirmar, toca Remove (Eliminar).
