Samsung Galaxy J7 V / J7 (2nd Gen.) - Remove a Personal Email Account

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up then navigate: Settings Ícono Settings > Accounts and backup > Accounts.
  2. Tap the desired account (e.g., Google, Mail, Exchange ActiveSync for Samsung Sense, etc.).
  3. Tap Remove account.
  4. To confirm, tap Remove account.
