Samsung Galaxy J3 V / Galaxy J3 (3rd Gen.) - Remove a Personal Email Account

Removing then re-adding your email often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    Nota These instructions only apply to modo estándar and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate: Settings Ícono Settings > Accounts and backup > Accounts.
  3. Tap the desired account (e.g., Google, Mail, Exchange ActiveSync for Samsung Sense, etc.).
  4. Tap Remove account.
  5. To confirm, tap Remove account.
