Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®) - moto g6

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Arrow up icon Arrow up icon to display all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings Ícono Settings > Users & accounts.
  3. Tap Corporate.
  4. Oprime la cuenta correspondiente.
  5. Oprime el ícono Menu Ícono de menú (upper right).
  6. Oprime Remove account.
  7. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
