Nota To perform the steps below, content filters must be configurar.

  1. From a web browser, sign into  Mi Verizon.
    Importante If using a smartphone or tablet, refer to the Android® o Apple® iOS instructions.
  2. From the My Verizon home screen, navigate: Plan > My Plan & Services > Administrar Verizon Smart Family.
  3. From the list of devices (at the top), select the mobile number filtering should be removed from.
  4. From the left menu, click Content filters to expand.
  5. Click Unpair this device.
    Importante If not available, ensure 'Pair phone' is selected from the left menu.
  6. Haz clic en Guardar.
