One Talk Desk Phone - Park / Retrieve Call

Nota Notas:

  • Calls can only be parked to One Talk phone numbers or extensions in your group.
  • You cannot use programmed Speed Dials on the desk phone to enter an extension or phone number when attempting to park a call.
  • Notification is cancelled if the user makes an outbound call, receives an incoming call or 45 seconds passes and the call rings back to where it was parked from originally.
  • Line 2 is used when parking a call.

T41S/SW and T42S

  1. While on an active call, press the Park soft key.
    Nota The user hears a message stating 'Please dial the number where you want to park your call followed by # or dial # to park the call against your number.'
    Press Park soft key
  2. Enter the appropriate 10-digit number or the extension number followed by #.
    Nota Press # to park against your own extension.
  3. To retrieve a parked call, press the Retrieve soft key.
    Nota The user receives audio and visual notification of the parked call.
    Nota The call can be retrieved by dialing FAC **88 + extension.

    Nota Desk phone LCD screen displays a notification that a call is parked and emits an audio beep every 15 seconds until the call is retrieved.

Nota On this desk phone model, calls can be parked in Transfer mode or via the Park / Retrieve key.

  • Transfer mode:
    Nota For some servers, the system returns a specific park retrieve code after parking successfully.
    1. During a call, swipe the soft key area left then tap Park.
      Nota The call is directly transferred to the shared parking lot.
    2. To retrieve a parked call:
      1. Pick up the handset then press the Speakerphone key or tap the line key.
      2. From the pre-dialing screen, tap Retrieve Park.
        Nota The phone retrieves the parked call from the shared parking lot.
  • Park / Retrieve key:
    1. If necessary, assign a Park key:
      1. From the desk phone display, swipe left or right to go to the second idle screen.
      2. Navigate: Settings > Features > Dsskey.
      3. Select the preferred line key.
      4. From the Type field, select Key Event.
      5. From the Key Type field, select Call Park.
      6. From the Account ID field, select the desired line (optional).
      7. From the Label field, enter the text that will appear on the touch screen (optional).
      8. From the Value field, enter the park extension number or the shared parking lot destination.
      9. Tap the Save icon Ícono Save.
    2. If necessary, assign a Retrieve key:
      1. From the desk phone display, swipe left or right to go to the second idle screen.
      2. Navigate: Settings > Features > Dsskey.
      3. Select the preferred line key.
      4. From the Type field, select Retrieve.
      5. From the Account ID field, select the desired line (optional).
      6. From the Label field, enter the text that will appear on the touch screen (optional).
      7. From the Value field, enter the park extension number or the shared parking lot destination.
      8. Tap the Save icon Ícono Save.
    3. While on an active call, tap the Call Park key (configured above).
      Nota The call is parked to the preassigned extension or shared parking lot.
    4. When a call is parked to an extension or the shared parking lot, tap the Retrieve key from the idle screen.

  2. Tap the Park key.
  3. To retrieve the call, dial the park retrieve code given when the call was parked.
    Nota If the parked call isn't retrieved within a period of time assigned by the system, the phone that parked the call receives a callback.
