First time setup and activation – out of the box experience - LG V30®

  1. If powered off, press and hold the Power button (on the back) until the LG logo appears then release.
  2. From the Welcome screen, select the appropriate language then tap Next.
  3. From the "Verify your account" screen, enter the PIN de la cuenta then follow the onscreen prompts.

  9. From the Tap & Go screen, tap Learn more to find out what this feature is. If you would like to use it, haz clic aquí. Otherwise, proceed to step 10.

  1. Enter your corporate email address and password then tap NEXT (lower-right).

  2. Enter your corporate email address and password then tap MANUAL SETUP.

    • Email address
    • Server address

Tap & Go Setup

  1. On your old device, navigate: Settings > Wireless & networks > More networks.
  2. Ensure NFC is turned On.
  3. Place the two devices back to back until a tone is heard and "Check your other device" is seen on the screen.
  4. Set the devices side by side.
  5. On the old device, tap OK.
    Nota If your old device has screen lock enabled tap LOCK & VERIFY then enter the password, PIN or pattern.

  3. Enter then re-enter the preferred password then tap Next.

  4. From the Rescue info screen, ensure the correct phone number is listed then tap Next.
  5. From the Confirm phone number screen, ensure the correct phone number is listed then tap Send It.
  6. To continue, tap Agree to accept the terms and conditions.

  8. From the Google services screen, tap Keep me up to date... to enable or disable then tap Next.

Knock Code

Nota Knock Code allows you to tap a pattern to unlock the screen without turning it on.

  1. Tap Knock Code.
  2. If presented with Knock Code tutorial, tap NEXT.
  3. From the Set knock code screen, enter your pattern (6-8 taps on at least 3 squares) then tap DONE.
  4. Confirm the pattern then tap CONFIRM.
  5. Enter a backup PIN then tap NEXT.
  6. Confirm the backup PIN then tap OK.
  7. If presented, from the lock screen options screen, select one the following then tap OK:
    • Mostrar todas las notificaciones
    • Hide sensitive only
    • Hide all notifications
  8. If presented with Secure start-up screen, select Yes or No, thanks then tap OK.
  9. If presented with Fingerprints option, tap ADD or CANCEL.
    Nota If adding fingerprint, follow the onscreen steps to add.

 

Set Up Pattern Lock

  1. Draw an unlock pattern (connecting at least 4 dots) then tap Continue.

Set Up PIN Lock

Existing Customers (Only Applies if Upgrading from a Verizon Device)

  2. If new phone is powered off, press and hold the Power button (on the back) until the LG logo appears then release.

Desactiva iMessage®

  1. On your iPhone go to Settings.
  2. Oprime Messages.
  3. If the indicator next to the iMessage switch is green, tap or slide the switch to turn it off.
    Nota When the feature is turned off, the switch is all white.
