Enviar fondos a través de My Verizon app (servicio prepagado)

Nota Notas:

  • Sending funds is only available to customers on a Verizon Prepaid Family Account.
    • Account Owners can send funds to any line on their account.
    • Account Members can only send funds from their available balance to the Account Owner.

  • The My Verizon app is only available for Android® devices running 4.0 or higher and Apple® iOS devices running 10.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit verizonwireless.com to ingresa and manage your account.


  1. De ser necesario, Download & Install - My Verizon App - Android® & iOS.
  2. Desde la pantalla de inicio, toca My Verizon app o desplázate hasta: Aplicaciones > Mi Verizon.
  3. Tap the Menu icon Ícono de menú (located in the upper-left) then tap Payment.
  4. If prompted, enter your My Verizon password tap Next.
    Nota If you forgot the account password tap Forgot.
  5. From the Payment Methods tab, tap Send funds.
  6. Select the line you want to send funds to then tap Next.
    Nota Account owners can send funds to any line, account members can only send funds to the account owner.

  7. Select one of the following payment methods then tap Next:
    • Use current card
    • Use a new credit or debit card
    • Usar una tarjeta de recarga
      Nota Up to 4 refill cards can be saved.
    • Use your balance
      Nota Available balance is displayed, this option deducts funds from your line.
  8. Enter the amount of money you want to send then tap Next.
  9. Review the funds transfer info then tap Confirm.
    Nota If anything is incorrect, tap Cancel.
