Short Code Messaging Troubleshooting for GizmoPal / GizmoGadget / GizmoWatch Activation

If you are unable to send or receive short codes text messages, view this info.

Nota Notas:

  • Short code messages use 5 or 6 digit number sequences in place of phone numbers.
  • The GizmoPal, GizmoPal 2, GizmoGadget and GizmoWatch wearable devices require the use of short code messaging for initial setup and activation. If the caregiver's phone is unable to send / receive short code messages, activations fail.
