Administrar plan - My Verizon app (servicio prepagado)

Nota Notas:

  • App is available to registered and new users on the new and grandfathered $40, $50, $60, $70 and $80 smartphone plans.
  • Asegúrate de que tu aplicación esté actualizada ya que los siguientes pasos se aplican a la versión más actual.
  • The My Verizon app is only available for Android® devices running 4.0 or higher and Apple® iOS devices running 10.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit verizonwireless.com to ingresa and manage your account.
  • Las configuraciones disponibles varían según el tipo de usuario (e.g., Account Owner, Account Member).

 

  1. De ser necesario, Download & Install - My Verizon App - Android® & iOS.
  2. From the Home screen tap the My Verizon app or navigate: Apps > My Verizon.
  3. Tap the Menu icon Ícono de menú (located in the upper-left) then tap Account.

  4. If prompted, enter your My Verizon password then tap Sign in.
  5. Tap My Plan.

  6. From the Current Plan tab, view the current plan.
  7. Tap Explore plans.

  8. Scroll to review available plans then tap Select to add the desired plan.

  9. From the Auto Pay screen, select an option:
    • Ahora no
    • Configurar Auto Pay
      Nota To continue, tap I agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  10. Review your new plan details then tap Purchase.
  11. Oprime Confirmar.
    Nota Changes may take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.
