Registrarte a través de My Verizon app (servicio prepagado)

Nota Notas:

  • App is available to registered and new users on the new and grandfathered $40, $50, $60, $70 and $80 smartphone plans.
  • Asegúrate de que tu aplicación esté actualizada ya que los siguientes pasos se aplican a la versión más actual.
  • My Verizon app solo está disponible para dispositivos Android® 10.0 o superior y dispositivos Apple® con iOS 10.0 o superior. Para los otros dispositivos, visita para ingresar y administrar tu cuenta.


  1. De ser necesario, Download & Install - My Verizon App - Android® & iOS.
  2. Open the My Verizon app.
  3. If prompted, enter the device's mobile number then tap Next.
  4. Enter the account PIN then tab Next.
    • If you forgot the PIN:
    1. Tap Forgot to receive a temp PIN via SMS.
    2. Enter the temporary PIN then tap Next.
    3. Enter a new account PIN then tap Next.
    4. Enter the new account PIN to confirm then tap Next.
  5. From the 'Let's get started' screen, enter the following info:
    • ID de usuario
    • Nombre de saludo
    • Dirección de correo electrónico
  6. To continue, tap I Agree to the Terms and Conditions then tap Next.
    Nota A text message with a temporary password is sent to your default messaging app.
  7. From the 'Check your texts' screen, tap Sign in.
  8. Enter the following info in the applicable fields then tap Sign in.
    Nota If desired, tap the 'Remember me' checkbox.
    • ID de usuario o número de móvil
    • Contraseña temporaria
  9. From the 'Create a new password' screen, enter and re-enter a new password then tap Submit.
    Nota Passwords must be 8-20 characters and use at least 1 number and 1 letter.
  10. If presented with a 'Set Security Question' screen, enter the appropriate info then tap Next.
  11. If available on your device, to turn on Touch ID, tap Turn on.
    Nota To continue, tap I agree to the Terms and Conditions then tap Next.
