When restoring the address book, Backup Assistant compares and merges any contact info on the new device with the stored info on the Verizon Cloud website. If there's a conflict between the new device and the website, the device data is assumed to be more current and overrides the data on the website.
While in Backup Assistant, select OK or Next.
If prompted, enter the PIN used with the old device then select Restore.
