My Verizon app (Prepaid) - Payments

Nota Notas:

  • App is available to registered and new users on the new and grandfathered $40, $50, $60, $70 and $80 smartphone plans.
  • My Verizon app solo está disponible para los dispositivos Android™ con 4.0 o posterior y dispositivos Apple® con iOS 10.0 o posterior. Para los otros dispositivos, visita verizonwireless.com para ingresar y administrar tu cuenta.
  • Asegúrate de que tu aplicación esté actualizada ya que los siguientes pasos se aplican a la versión más actual.

 

  1. De ser necesario, Download & Install - My Verizon App - Android® & iOS.
  2. En la pantalla de inicio, toca My Verizon app o ve hasta: Aplicaciones > Mi Verizon.
  3. Oprime el ícono Menu Ícono de menú (upper-left) then tap Payment.

  4. If prompted to set up Auto Pay select an option then tap Next:

Balance

  1. Tap the Balance tab.
  2. View the balance.

Agrega fondos

  1. From the Balance tab, tap Add funds.
    Nota If you're on a Prepaid Family Account you can also send funds a otra línea de tu cuenta.

  2. Use one of the following method to add funds:
    • Saved account:
      1. Tap the saved account to select.

      3. Enter the appropriate amount then tap Next.
      4. Review the payments and taxes info then tap Confirm.

    • Use a new credit or debit card:
      1. Tap Use a new credit or debit card to select.

      2. Oprime Next.

      3. Enter the appropriate info (i.e., card number, CVC code, billing address) then tap Confirm.
        Nota If desired, click 'Save this account for future billing' to select this method in the future.

    • A refill card:
      1. Tap a refill card to select.
        Nota Up to 4 refill cards can be saved.
      2. Oprime Next.
        Refill cards
      3. Enter the PIN number then tap Next.
        Nota If an invalid PIN is entered more than 3 times, you'll temporarily be unable to add refill cards.

  1. Tap the History tab.

    • Pagos
      Nota If preferred, tap Email history to send the info to an email account.

    • Balance

  1. Tap the Payment Methods tab.

  2. Tap the appropriate method:
    • Manage payment method
      1. To edit or delete the saved card, tap the Card image.

      2. Enter the appropriate info then tap Update or tap Remove Card.

  1. Tap the Payment Methods tab.

  2. Tap Manage Auto Pay.
    Nota Auto Pay amount is based on your monthly costs and taxes.
    Nota Available funds for the line are used first then Auto Pay runs for the remaining balance.
  3. To continue, tap I agree to the Terms and Conditions then tap Next.
    Nota If Auto Pay is already set up, options to Turn Off or Edit Payment are displayed.
  4. Enter the following info:
    • Card info
    • Billing info
  5. To continue, tap Confirm.
    Nota Auto Pay runs monthly on your plan renewal date.
