Suspender un dispositivo - My Verizon app (servicio prepagado)

Nota Notas:

  • App is available to registered and new users on the new and grandfathered $40, $50, $60, $70 and $80 smartphone plans.
  • The My Verizon app is only available for Android® devices running 4.0 or higher and Apple® iOS devices running 10.0 or higher. For all other devices, visit to ingresa and manage your account.
  • Asegúrate de que tu aplicación esté actualizada ya que los siguientes pasos se aplican a la versión más actual.


  1. De ser necesario, Download & Install - My Verizon App - Android & iOS.
  2. From the Home screen tap the My Verizon app or navigate: Apps > My Verizon.
  3. Tap the Menu icon Ícono de menú (located in the upper-left) then tap Account.

  4. If prompted, enter your My Verizon password, then tap Sign in.
  5. Tap Account Settings.

  6. Toca Suspender dispositivo.

  7. Tap Suspend.

  8. If Auto Pay is on then tap Yes to turn off Auto Pay.
  9. Tap Suspend then tap Confirm.
    Nota Changes may take up to 15 minutes to appear on your account.
