Check from Your Phone via the Visual Voicemail App

  1. From a Home screen swipe up, then from the apps list tap Voicemail Visual Voice Mail icon.
  2. From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap a message.
    Nota If voicemail doesn't automatically start, tap Play.
    Nota If using Premium Visual Voicemail, view the text of the Voicemail (at the top).
  3. To enable or disable the speakerphone, tap the Speaker icon (lower-right).
    Nota Está activado cuando hay un indicador azul presente.

Check from Your Phone (If No Data or Wi-Fi Connection is Available)

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Phone icon Phone icon (lower-left).
    Nota If not available, tap the Arrow icon up arrow to display all apps then tap the Phone icon Phone icon.
  2. Touch and hold the number 1.
    Nota Alternatively, enter *86 (*VM) then tap the Phone icon Phone icon in call (en la parte inferior).
  3. If prompted, enter the Voicemail password then press the # key.

  1. Llama a tu número de móvil de 10 dígitos.
    Nota If dialing from an international location, refer to Hacer una llamada internacional para obtener asistencia adicional.
  2. As soon as the Voicemail greeting starts, press the # key then enter the Voicemail password.
    Nota Si se te indica, vuelve a ingresar el número de móvil.
