Global Modem USB730L - Windows® Device Manager Conflicts

Inicia el Device Manager.

  • Windows 10
    • Right-Click Start > Device Manager.
  • Windows 8
    • Right-Click Start Screen > All Apps > Control Panel > System and Security > Device Manager.
  • Windows 7
    • Click Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Device Manager.

Adaptadores de red
Dispositivo remoto NDIS para compartir internet
Controladores de bus serial universal
Dispositivo compuesto USB

Nota If a red X, yellow ! or yellow ? is displayed to the left of a listed device, a conflict is present and the drivers must be updated or reinstalled.
Nota Los problemas de los controladores también pueden indicarse con una etiqueta de entrada del dispositivo Other Devices o Unknown.

Si hay un problema:

  1. Right-click the device then click Update Driver Software.
  2. Click Browse my computer for driver software.
  3. Enter C:\Windows\System 32\Drivers in the search field then click Next.
    Nota The driver location can be entered manually or navigated to by clicking Browse.
    Nota If the driver software is not found, a Windows operating system update may be needed, refer to the U730L support page para obtener más ayuda.
