Samsung Galaxy J7 V / Galaxy J7 - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up then tap Settings .
  2. Oprime Accounts.
  3. Tap Accounts again.
  4. Oprime la dirección de correo electrónico que corresponda.
    Nota Pueden aparecer múltiples cuentas.
  5. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.
  6. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT to confirm.
