Detección de superposición de pantalla - Samsung

Nota Notas:

  • These steps only apply to devices running Android™ 6.x (Marshmallow) and up.
  • As a security measure, apps designed for Android 6.x and up ask for permission to access your phone.
  • The 'Screen overlay detected' error is caused by conflict between a running app and a newly installed app requesting permission to display info on multiple screens (e.g., messengers, alerts, battery status, etc.)
  • If the screen overlay error is not resolved by the following steps contact the desarrollador de la app.

 

Android 8.x (Oreo)
Android 7.x (Nougat)
Android 6.x (Marshmallow)

 

Android 8.x (Oreo)

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    Nota These instructions only apply to modo estándar and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Tap the Settings icon Ícono Settings.
  3. Tap Apps.
  4. Tap the Menu icon Action overflow icon (upper-right) then tap Special access.
  5. From Special access, tap Draw over other apps
  6. From Draw over other apps, tap any app on the list that was causing errors to turn the permissions off  Interruptor en Off.
  7. From a Home screen, relaunch the app.
  8. Tap the available permissions (e.g., Permit Drawing over other apps, Contacts, etc.) to turn on Interruptor en On o desactivar Interruptor en Off.
    Nota Repeat steps (5-7) as needed to identify the app causing the error.
    Nota Alternatively, place the device into Modo de seguridad then repeat steps (5-7).

Android 7.x (Nougat)

  1. Tap the Settings icon.
    Nota If not available, navigate: Apps > Settings.
  2. Tap Applications then tap Application manager.
    Nota Alternatively, tap Apps then tap Application manager.
  3. Oprime el ícono Menu Action overflow icon (upper-right) then tap Special access.
  4. From Special access, tap Draw over other apps.
  5. From Draw over other apps, tap any app on the list that was causing errors to turn the permissions off  Interruptor en Off.
  6. From a Home screen, relaunch the app.
  7. Tap the available permissions (e.g., Permit Drawing over other apps, Contacts, etc.) to turn on Interruptor en On o desactivar Interruptor en Off.
    Nota Repeat steps (5-7) as needed to identify the app causing the error.
    Nota Alternatively, place the device into Modo de seguridad then repeat steps (5-7).

  6. From a Home screen, relaunch the app.
  7. Tap the available permissions (e.g., Permit Drawing over other apps, Contacts, etc.) to turn on Interruptor en On o desactivar Interruptor en Off.
    Nota Repeat steps (4-6) as needed to identify the app causing the error.
    Nota Alternatively, place the device into Modo de seguridad then repeat steps (4-6).
