Verizon Smart Family™ - My Verizon app - Ver uso de datos

Nota To perform the steps below, you must:

Child View

  1. From the My Verizon app, tap the Menu icon Ícono de menú (en la parte superior izquierda).
  2. Toca Data Hub.
  3. Depending on your current usage, you'll see one of the following messages:
    • Tienes suficientes datos para el resto del mes.
    • Te quedan pocos datos.
    • Tus datos están por agotarse.
      Nota Appears when amount of available data is 10% or less.
    • Surprise, your data limit just went up.
      Nota Appears when a Parent line increases the data limit.
    • Heads up, your data limit just went down.
      Nota Appears when the Parent line decreases the data limit.
    • Usaste toda tu data.
      Nota Appears if the line has a hard limit. User can no longer use data unless Parent line increases the data limit.
    • Estás en Safety Mode.
      Nota Appears when the account enters Safety Mode.
    • No puedes usar datos en este momento.
      Nota If a Parent line has set Time Limits, data doesn't work during the limit.
      Nota The notification appears at the top of the screen. Tap Okay to awknowledge.
      Nota The 'You're in a time limit.' status bar remains active for the duration of the limit.
  4. To view usage details, tap the Details tab.
    Nota If talk and text limits exist, these can be viewed here (requires scrolling).
