El dispositivo no se enciende/apaga - Samsung

Mantén presionado el botón Power por aproximadamente 10 segundos o hasta que el dispositivo vuelva a encenderse.

Nota Si el dispositivo no se enciende o no responde, intenta seguir estos pasos:

  1. Press and hold the Power button and Volume button for 30 seconds.
  2. Plug the device into a manufacturer approved wall charger and wait 1 hour.
    Nota The battery charging indicator may take up to 10 minutes to apppear on the phone's screen.
    Precaución The Samsung factory charger is required to properly charge the device. Battery damage can result from prolonged use of a 3rd party charger.
  3. If the LED indicator doesn't light up after 10 minutes, move the wall charger to a different outlet to ensure the issue isn't with the outlet.
    Nota Using the USB connection on a computer requires significantly more time to charge (up to 10 hours).
  4. Verfiy that the device, charger and USB cable have no physical or daños por agua.
  5. Disconnect the device from the wall charger, then press and hold the Power button 30 seconds.
  6. If the device still doesn't power on, repeat steps 1-3 using a different charger.
