Windows® 10 - Set Up Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Nota Notas:

  • To setup an Exchange account using the Outlook 2013 app in Desktop mode, refer to Microsoft Office support article Configurar correo electrónico en Outlook 2010 o Outlook 2013 then refer to the section titled "Set up an Exchange connection to your email in Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013".
  • Contact your Exchange / IT Administrator for assistance with server information and credentials.

  1. En la pantalla de inicio, ve hasta: Settings Ícono Settings (located in the lower-left) > Accounts > Email & app accounts.
    Nota If the Windows Settings options are not visible, tap or click the Settings Home icon Settings Home icon (located in the upper-left) to go to the Settings home page.
    Nota Utilize the touchscreen (if available) or mouse to select the on-screen options.
    Nota Alternatively, press the Windows+C keys ( logo de la tecla windows+C) located on the physical keyboard (if available).
  2. From the right-pane, tap or click Add an account.
  3. Tap Exchange.
  4. Enter the appropriate email address then tap or click Next.
  5. Enter the password then tap Sign in.
