One Talk Portal - Add / Remove Devices (Endpoint)

  1. Entra a Mi Negocio.
  2. Click Manage Account.
  3. From the Product Tools section, click One Talk.
    Nota To navigate, mouse over each option.
    Click One Talk link
  4. Click Lines & Devices.
  5. Select the One Talk MTN from the list (click the blue phone number link to open the settings screen for that line).

  6. To add a One Talk endpoint:
    1. Click Add New Device.
      Remove images
    2. Choose Activation Existing or Purchase new.
    3. Follow the on-screen process to complete the order then click Submit.
  7. To remove a One Talk endpoint:
    1. From the 'Phone line' column, click the applicable phone number.
    2. From the 'Associated Devices' section, click the applicable device.
    3. From the 'Do you want to remove device?' screen, click remove.
