Moto Z Play Droid Edition - Remove Corporate Email Account (Exchange ActiveSync®)

Removing then re-adding your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) often fixes login and not receiving email issues.

  1. Desde la pantalla de inicio, ve hasta: el ícono Apps Ícono de la aplicación > Settings Ícono Settings > Users & accounts.
  2. Oprime la cuenta correspondiente.
  3. Oprime Remove account.
  4. Tap REMOVE ACCOUNT to confirm.
