View this info to identify and fix common issues on your Android device related to the battery, storage, or performance and to check your indoor coverage.

Run Service Checks

  1. From the Home screen, tap the My Verizon app.
  2. Toca el ícono Menú Ícono de menú (upper-left) then tap Devices.
  3. Tap Manage to choose the appropriate device.
  4. From the Manage tab, tap Service check.
  5. From the Device Health Check page, tap any of the following items then follow instructions to make improvements:
    Nota Available options vary depending upon device.
    Nota Items that can be improved are listed next to an exclamation mark inside a red or yellow circle.

    • Home Coverage
      1. Tap Start (at the bottom)
      2. Tap the 'Floor level' and 'Room name' dropdown menus then select the applicable options.
      3. Tap Start testing (at the bottom).
      4. Tap 'Complete testing' or 'Test another room'.
      5. Once you're done testing, enter the desired info in the 'Add a label to this assessment' field.
      6. Tap Save (at the bottom)

Manage Automatic Health Check

  1. From the Device Health Check screen (Overview tab), tap Auto Health Check.
  2. Tap the Auto run health check? switch to turn on Ícono de interruptor On o desactivar ícono de interruptor en Off.
  3. Tap the Dropdown menu Dropdown Menu icon to configure the following as preferred:
    • Time of auto run
      Nota Tap OK to set time.
    • Pick a day of the week
  4. Selecciona una de estas opciones:

  5. Tap Cleaning Tasks then select the preferred options from the 'Auto tasks', 'Manual tasks' and 'Periodic photo cleanup' sections.

    • Turn location off
    • Turn brightness to auto
    • Screen Timeout (Set to default of 60 seconds)
    • Clean cache (Temporary files)
    • Turn NFC off

    • Duplicate Photos
    • Burst Photos
  6. Tap Save (at the bottom).

View Device Health Check History

  1. From the Home screen, tap the My Verizon app.
  2. Toca el ícono Menú Ícono de menú (upper-left) then tap Devices.
  3. Tap Manage to choose the appropriate device.
  4. From the Manage tab, tap Run service checks.
  5. Tap Device Health Check.
  6. Tap the History tab (at the top).
  7. View the listed results.
    Nota To view detailed results of each test, tap the Next icon Ícono Next (a la derecha).
