Run Service Checks

  1. From a Home screen, tap the My Verizon app.
    Nota If not available, tap the Apps icon or swipe up or down from the center of a Home screen to access the app list.
  2. Toca el ícono Menú Ícono de menú (en la parte superior izquierda).

  3. Oprime Dispositivos.

  4. Tap Manage to choose the appropriate device.

  5. From the Manage tab, tap Service check.

  6. Tap Device Health Check.

  7. From the Device Health Check page, tap any of the following items then follow instructions to make improvements:
    Nota Available options vary depending upon device.
    Nota Items that can be improved are listed next to an exclamation mark inside a red or black diamond.
    • Batería
    • Rendimiento
    • Conectividad
    • Almacenamiento

  8. From the Service Checks page, tap Home Coverage.

  9. From the Assessment tab, tap Start.

  10. Select the preferred options from the 'Floor level' and 'Room name' dropdown menus then tap Start testing.

  11. Tap 'Test another room' or 'Complete testing'.

  12. Once you're done testing, enter the desired info in the 'Add a label to this assessment' field then tap Save.

Manage Automatic Health Check

Nota Device Health Check is set to run automatically by default.

  1. From the Device Health Check screen (Overview tab), tap Auto health check.

  2. Tap the Auto run health check? switch to turn on Interruptor en On o desactivar Interruptor en Off.

  3. Tap the Dropdown menu Dropdown Menu icon to configure the following as preferred:
    • Time of auto run
      Nota Tap OK to set time.
    • Pick a day of the week

  4. Selecciona una de estas opciones:

    • Run every week
    • Run every two weeks

  5. Tap Cleaning Tasks then select the preferred options from the 'Auto tasks', 'Manual tasks' and 'Periodic photo cleanup' sections.

    • Turn location off
    • Turn brightness to auto
    • Screen Timeout (Set to default of 60 seconds)
    • Clean cache (Temporary files)
    • Turn NFC off

    • Duplicate Photos
    • Burst Photos
  6. Tap Save (at the bottom).

  1. From a Home screen, tap the My Verizon app.
